What is a Dependent Visa?

A dependent visa is a kind of visa. It allows the dependents of primary applicants to accompany them.

• Stay with the primary applicant/family.
• Travel and explore.
• Study in an educational institution (in some cases)
• Work (in some cases)

Note: With a temporary visa, partners or spouses can work in a limited capacity (provided it is valid). But, if you apply for a permanent visa, you can become a permanent resident.
